The automated smoke generator of the UDG 1000 model for smoking installations with control of temperature and speed of burning of wood raw materials. The UDG 1000 is equipped with a smoke purification and fire extinguishing system, the remote control has attachment points to a smoke generator, a thermal chamber (depending on the camera configuration).  UDG 1000 provides a concentrated smoke-air mixture in working volumes up to 20 cubic meters.

The manufactured UDG-370 smoke generators have a completely sealed housing. The formation of a smoke-air mixture in the smoke generator is carried out by flameless burning of sawdust (wood chips).
This process occurs due to the smooth supply of sawdust to the smoldering plate. The feed rate of sawdust is regulated depending on the rate of decay, i.e. on the amount of mixture formation per unit of time. The sawdust is ignited in advance (4 minutes before the start of smoking) using an electric heater. With the beginning of smoking, the electric fan is switched on to supply air to the smoldering zone and to the boost zone. Further, smoldering occurs without the participation of a heating element, which significantly increases its service life. With the help of valves, the air supply is adjusted, which means that the amount of smoke formed per unit of time.
